There’s a difference between looking polished and feeling beautiful. The first is performance. The second is rhythm — an inner ease that spills into everything you do.

It’s the quiet confidence of a woman who’s comfortable in her own skin.

Because the truth is, the most magnetic women aren’t trying to impress anyone. They just take care of themselves so well that everything else becomes secondary.

The Foundation of “That Girl”

(without trying to be her)

The most captivating kind of beauty isn’t seen — it’s felt. And it always starts in the morning, when you choose to show up for yourself before the world arrives.

The Real Secret

The women who look expensive aren’t hiding anything. They’ve just learned how to treat themselves like something valuable.

It’s not about time or money — it’s about care. It’s presence.
The way you move, the way you eat, the way you apply moisturizer at night — it’s all an expression of how deeply you respect yourself. And that’s the quiet luxury that can’t be bought.
Effortless beauty is about creating space — so your real self has room to glow through.

Luxury in Restraint

True sophistication is restraint. It’s knowing when to stop — when to let something breathe.

You see it in women who edit their routines like wardrobes: a few beautiful pieces, worn often, that fit.
Luxury is not excess; it’s discernment. It’s the feeling that every detail has been considered — from your skincare to your space to how you carry your day.
Even your vanity should feel like a sanctuary, not a store shelf.
The most beautiful spaces — and faces — have room for air.

The Paradox of True Radiance

Every genuine glow holds a contradiction.

It’s never obvious, never static. It exists in that space between opposites — between polish and ease, ritual and spontaneity, precision and freedom.
What makes a woman captivating isn’t perfection — it’s the way she moves through contrasts with grace. Her presence hums with tension: a little undone, a little refined, never entirely predictable.

The Art of Effortless Discipline

The kind of radiance people call “natural” is rarely accidental.

Her hair falls softly, her skin catches the light — but behind that ease is quiet structure. Silk pillowcases, hydrating mornings, whole foods, consistent rituals no one claps for.
People see the glow; they never see the systems that sustain it.
That’s the real secret — care so consistent it disappears.
Effortless isn’t the absence of effort. It’s the mastery of it.

The Power of Adapting

Consistency gives your skin stability. Adaptability keeps it alive.

When the seasons change, your rituals should too. Winter needs richer moisture; summer calls for lighter textures.
What works for a city week might not fit a beach one, and that’s the point.
Good beauty routines don’t lock you in — they evolve.

Why Less Always Looks More Luxurious

There’s something timeless about not trying too hard.

Women who always look refined have learned when to stop.
They choose textures that feel like skin, shades that enhance instead of hide, and scents that whisper instead of shout.
Their beauty routine feels lived-in, not performed.
That’s what “effortless” actually is — when your face, your products, and your energy all feel like they belong to the same person.

The Inner Mirror

The Inner Glow is What’s Beneath the Surface.

Here’s what most people miss: your outer glow is only half the story.
The women who feel effortlessly beautiful are not obsessing over every single beauty or fashion trend. They live in their bodies, not against them.
No serum can fake alignment.
Glow lasts only when it reflects what’s happening beneath the surface: calm in the nervous system, confidence without comparison, the peace of feeling at home in your body.
Outer rituals are amplifiers — not disguises.
They reflect your inner state, they don’t replace it.
When you’re grounded, your beauty doesn’t need to shout. It radiates.

The secret of glow is that it never comes from trying harder — it comes from paying attention.

To your habits. To your moods. To what feels good.

Care for yourself in the small, steady ways that no one sees.

That’s where beauty begins — in the quiet places, in the space between effort and ease.

</turbo:content>

There’s something sacred about devoting just 1 hour a day to yourself — especially in themorning, when the day and all the outcomes are in your own hands.

      <turbo:content>

How to Reset your Morning routine

A morning ritual to clear the noise, soften your pace, and realign with yourself — gently, intentionally, completely.

There’s something sacred about devoting just 1 hour a day to yourself — especially in the morning, when the day and all the outcomes are in your own hands. It is at that moment, when you should slow down and align with your feelings, thoughts, needs and desires, especially when life begins to feel heavy, cluttered, or just slightly off rhythm.

It’s not a productivity challenge, and it’s not a punishment for falling behind. It’s an act of self-respect, love and care for your mind, body and soul to feel whole again.

Think of it as a soft reboot for your mind, body, and space — but with sunlight, lemon water, playlists, and freshly made beds instead of burnout and guilt.

☁️ Why We Need a Reset

Life doesn’t fall apart only in those dramatic moments. It unravels quietly, over time...
A few missed workouts, a few too many screens before bed, a desk that starts to collect “I’ll deal with it later.” and suddenly, you’re functioning — but you’re disconnected.

A reset is how you interrupt that drift.
It’s the pause between chapters that we rarely give ourselves.
It’s how you remind your nervous system what calm feels like.
It's how you show your body that rest isn’t the same as weakness, and how you remind your mind: we’re still in control.

And there’s real science behind the calm...
When you declutter or complete a task, your brain releases dopamine, the chemical of “well done.”
When you reduce visual chaos, your cortisol (stress hormone) levels drop.
When you move your body with intention, serotonin rises, stabilizing your mood.

Each small act of care is a biological whisper of safety.

🌞 Morning: Begin Softly

Your mornings will set the tone for everything that follows. That's why we must pay so much attention to our morning routines and what people or energies we allow in around us, because just one interaction could ruin or elevate your fresh start to the day.

Daylight + Metabolism Boost

After opening your eyes, slowly start feeling your whole body awakening. If possible do a little stretch in your bed or next to it, open the curtains and let some fresh air enter your space.

Look from your window or enter a balcony / garden (if you have) and if the weather allows spend few minutes breathing fresh air and grasping on some sun rays.

To boost the metabolism and digestive system from the very beginning make sure you start your day with a warm non caffeinated beverage such as warm water with lemon, herbal tea or matcha tea. Followed by a healthy balanced and nourishing breakfast to keep your body and mind aligned and strong. (breakfast ideas in my recipe e-book or here in recipe section).

Focus on Energy & Gratitude

To keep the morning flow calm and your mind clear and focused on yourself and your energy avoid using your cell phone or any other device to check social media, e-mails or other informative sites for at least 20 minutes after waking up.

Light up a candle with your favourite scent and open a diary or take a paper and ask yourself these questions and write the answers down.

How am I feeling right now?
How do I want to feel this upcoming day and what kind of energy do I want to share with others?
What can I do or improve to make it happen?
What/Who am I dedicating this day to?

Then write down few simple sentences what you are grateful for today and in general in your life. Thank for your blessings and feel how your energy instantly improves for much better.

Movement & Organization

If you can find at least 15-30 mins for a quick stretch and movement to start up your body and oxygenate the brain in the morning, the medal is yours!

For more soft and relaxing method: use a foam roller and softly roll and massage your back and back and front of your legs (fascias) to reduce swelling, decrease inflammations and stretch even the most difficult to reach parts along your spine that will help you with your straight posture during the day. Do the same with a little spike rubber roller for your feet and roll with it for few mins (even during brushing your teeth).

For more active method: try jumping rope, brisk walk or a quick run if you can. Or simply a couple minute lasting plank position, followed by 3O squats and some ab crunches finished by quick stretch.

Before leaving the house try to declutter your space so when you return back home you feel organised and your nervous system calm seeing a clean space to relax your body and mind.

Last but not least try to always schedule your day making sure you are always on time. Rushing or running late unnecessarily spikes your cortisol levels and stresses your body out.

The Magic of a Reset

Here’s the thing — feeling better after a reset isn’t just in your head.
There’s real brain chemistry behind that sense of calm and clarity.

Your mind loves closure.
When you finish something — even something tiny, like folding laundry or clearing a surface — your brain finally gets to close an open tab.
Psychologists call it cognitive closure, and it’s basically your mind’s way of saying, “Okay, we can rest now.”

Tiny wins, big chemistry.
Every small act of progress gives you a little hit of dopamine — your brain’s natural “well done” signal.
That’s why crossing something off your list feels so good.
It’s not about productivity; it’s your body rewarding movement, not perfection.

Calm is physical, too.

Warm light, soft textures, familiar scents — they’re not just comforting, they’re biological signals of safety.
Those cues activate your parasympathetic system (the one responsible for rest and repair), telling your body it’s finally okay to exhale.
So when you slow down, reset your space, or make a meal with care, you’re not just “being mindful.”

You’re literally rewiring your body to relax — one small, human act at a time.
That’s the real magic of a reset: your body and mind remembering how to breathe in sync again.

When you reset your morning, you don’t just change your day — you change the rhythm of how you meet your life.

</turbo:content>

Jackie Kennedy lived her life under a spotlight most of us couldn’t stand — yet she rarely flinched.
Even under immense public pressure, she moved with an ease that came from discipline, not denial.
She made calm look powerful. Her power came from what she didn’t give away: her emotions, her privacy, her control.
Her mindset: discipline through dignity.
She believed that a woman should protect her inner world the way she protects her family — fiercely, gracefully, and without apology.
Jackie didn’t just manage appearances; she mastered energy. She understood that calm is contagious.
Her ability to remain composed — in grief, in gossip, in global scrutiny — wasn’t detachment. It was intention.
Quote to remember:
“I am a woman above everything else.”
Lesson:
Emotional composure isn’t coldness. It’s confidence in motion.
She showed that true power lies in how little you need to explain yourself.
What made her unforgettable:
Her ability to turn chaos into class. Even in tragedy, she spoke softly, chose her words carefully, and wore elegance like armor.
Why she’s timeless:
Jackie taught that elegance isn’t about what you wear — it’s about what you withhold.
In a time obsessed with access, her ability to keep something for herself made her truly iconic.

Grace Kelly: The Art of Poise

Grace Kelly didn’t have to try.

She embodied refinement so naturally that her name became a synonym for it.
She was an actress, a princess, and a woman who believed that grace is a choice.
Her movements were calm, her words deliberate, her demeanor consistently kind.
She carried herself like someone aware that every small gesture tells a story.
Grace Kelly’s name became shorthand for elegance — but what truly made her unforgettable was control married to kindness.
She lived by emotional precision. Nothing about her was chaotic; everything was considered.
Her mindset: serenity as self-respect.
She saw grace as an act of discipline — the practice of moving through the world with care, even when it’s undeserved.
Grace wasn’t naïve. She was deliberate. She built her identity around poise because she understood how energy shapes perception.
Her stillness wasn’t passivity; it was strength directed inward.
Signature trait:
Dignity — even when life demanded spectacle.
What made her unforgettable: She could walk the fine line between public glamour and private serenity.
Her quote to remember:
“I would like to be remembered as someone who accomplished useful deeds and who was kind and loving.”
Why she’s timeless:
Grace showed that elegance doesn’t mean coldness. True poise has warmth.

Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy: The Power of Less

Carolyn didn’t speak much — she didn’t have to.

Her energy was her language. Her minimalism wasn’t a style choice; it was a philosophy.
Carolyn was magnetic without saying much — her silence spoke volumes. She knew who she was and didn’t waste energy proving it.
In a decade obsessed with flash, she stood out by doing the opposite.
No logos, no noise, no trends — just confidence and clean lines.
She understood that restraint was the ultimate luxury.
Carolyn’s life wasn’t about perfection; it was about precision. She understood that the mind’s calm creates outer clarity — in style, in relationships, in daily life.
Her minimalism was emotional, not just aesthetic.
Her quote to remember:
“Style is about knowing who you are and staying true to that.” (a reflection attributed to her circle, defining her ethos)
Why she’s timeless:
Carolyn reminds us that mystery is modern, and silence can be seductive.
Her legacy lives on every time a woman walks into a room looking completely at ease in her own skin.
Signature trait: Understatement.
What made her unforgettable:
She turned simplicity into magnetism. People couldn’t look away — not because she performed, but because she didn’t.
Confidence grows quietly when you stop performing.
Carolyn reminds us that peace of mind is the best outfit you can wear.

Ivana Trump: Glamour as Drive

If the others defined elegance through restraint, Ivana mastered it through power.

She was the embodiment of bold femininity — ambitious, articulate, and unapologetically glamorous. She believed that success and sophistication could share a room — that a woman could be glamorous and in charge.
Ivana wasn’t just the wife of a businessman; she was the businesswoman.
She helped build an empire, raised a family, and kept her sense of humor sharp enough to slice through any room.
Signature trait: Discipline — wrapped in diamonds and wit.
What made her unforgettable:
She proved that beauty and strength are not opposites.
Her charm was strategic, her polish was earned, and her ambition never dulled her femininity.
Her mindset: ambition as self-definition.
She saw luxury not as show, but as proof of effort. She worked relentlessly, made bold choices, and built a life that reflected her taste — and her tenacity.
What set Ivana apart wasn’t just her drive; it was her clarity.
She knew what she wanted, and she didn’t wait for permission to go after it.
Her quote to remember:
“Don’t get mad — get everything.”
Why she’s timeless:
She showed that elegance doesn’t mean being quiet; it means knowing your value — and living like you believe it. Her confidence wasn’t arrogance — it was strategy.
Ivana teaches us that you can be elegant and assertive, kind and ambitious.
The key is knowing your value and never discounting it.

Jackie mastered restraint.

Grace practiced composure.

Carolyn embodied clarity.

Ivana lived with intent.

Different lives, same core truth:

the way you think becomes the way you move.

Their success didn’t come from luck or looks — it came from consistency, self-knowledge, and control of attention.

They each had an internal compass that didn’t waver with public opinion.

They remind us that beauty fades, but mental discipline doesn’t.

When your mindset is grounded, everything else — your presence, your choices, your energy — aligns.

Elegance begins in thought.

Everything visible is just its reflection.

</turbo:content>

It was the reset I did (not) know I needed.

Even the fastest cities have quiet corners — if you move slow enough to notice them.

Where I Moved: The Best Pilates & Yoga in West Hollywood & Beverly Hills

Los Angeles is the global capital of Pilates — but not all studios are created equal. At the beginning I had such an issue with finding a great studio with professional instructors that would actually be as beautiful as they show on their Instagram profiles. But after exploring the city and searching everywhere I could I managed to find some gems that I would love you to know of and when you visit this special city you also get a chance to try these out.

These following three studios stood out instantly for their atmosphere, instructors, and design.

1. BodyLineLA with Maria Leone – Beverly Hills (9171 Wilshire Blvd)

This is classic Beverly Hills: polished, professional, and precise.
Maria Leone is an icon in the Pilates world — her classes are traditional yet deeply intentional.
Think controlled movement, breathwork, alignment, and that satisfying post-class quiet when your body feels lengthened, and just the right amount of that pilates exhaustion.
It’s where discipline meets calm — the perfect balance for travelers who want to move with purpose.

2. Silver Springs Studio – 8710 Melrose Ave, West Hollywood

Silver Springs has that clean, little boho(ish) warm and artsy design, which I found signature for Los Angeles while maintaining a warm and minimalistic vibe. Lot's of art on the walls, beautiful colorful rugs, healing stones and gems, candles and of course vases filled with beautiful bouquets of flowers. Indeed a very welcoming atmosphere.

The instructors are warm and grounded, clearly all professionals. All the classes blend athletic precision with flow which I loved. The Hot Yoga class was really an experience worth indulging in. I also really appreciate the fact that phones are not allowed into the class and it is made for your mind and body to truly disconnect from all the external and unnecessary and align with oneself instead.

3. Be Kind Studios – West Hollywood (607 N W Knoll Dr)

Be Kind Pilates Studios is honestly one of the most beautiful fitness spaces I’ve ever seen — modern, airy, and warm at the same time. It is almost like a gorgeous showroom where all the reformers and equipment was meticulously chosen and instilled to create such a unique experience and evoke the feeling of being at your dream home. The studio offers a little merchandise shopping area, lounge to sip on their own matcha or coffee and then of course regular reformer class studio room, heated reformer class studio room and private reformer boutique like room.

What I found so amazing is that as the only studio I came across, they offer a complimentary matcha and coffee beverages of all kinds from their own matcha vending machine... how cool is that.

You move your body, ground your mind, then grab a cup of ceremonial-grade matcha and sit by the window as the sun shines bright and you start seeing people wandering by on Melrose Ave either for their brunches or to visit some fashion stores that are located in WeHo.

What surprised me most about Los Angeles was how easy it was to walk — at least in the parts I loved most. I’d leave West Hollywood and make my way toward Beverly Hills, cutting through Beverly Hills Garden Park on my way to Rodeo Drive. It became a kind of ritual: walking with a matcha in hand, passing calm streets and window shop, watching the city move at its own pace. Already planning in my head where I am going next for a great lunch or snack.
When it got too warm — and it always did — I’d just grab an Uber, let the air-conditioning and sunlight do their thing, and watch L.A. pass by from the back seat. Those short rides between West Hollywood and Beverly Hills always felt a little cinematic: palm trees, playlists, and that soft feeling of being exactly where you’re supposed to be.

The Energy of L.A.

Here’s what I realized:
Los Angeles isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing better.
It’s about quality over quantity, ritual over rush, and coffee breaks that turn into moments of mindfulness.
My days in L.A. were slow but full: Pilates in the morning, matcha at noon, golden-hour dinners in the evening.
Every movement felt intentional — every moment, curated but effortless.
And that’s the paradox of L.A. that I fell in love with:
It’s a city that moves fast, but teaches you how to slow down.

“L.A. isn’t a place you visit — it’s a pace you learn.”

</turbo:content>

      <turbo:content>

Nourishing Breakfast Bowls for Healthy & Balanced Body

The truth is, most of us were never taught how to eat well in the morning — we just learned to eat fast.

But the new wave of nutrition is finally shifting from calorie counts to hormone balance, digestion, and how food actually makes us feel.

Make These 3 Nourishing Breakfast Bowls Your Go To Breakie & Reward Your Body & Gut

Easy, grounding, and balanced — because feeling good starts from your gut and how your body feels and digest the food you feed it has a great impact on your productivity during the day. And we wanna make the most of it!

Mornings used to feel like a race — now, they feel like a perfectly organised rhythm.

I’ve realised that how I eat before noon completely changes how I feel for the rest of the day: my energy, my focus, even my mood.

That’s why I’ve been leaning into breakfast bowls that actually support how the body works — not just in terms of nutrition, but digestion, balance, and calm.

These three bowls have become my quiet ritual: quick, grounding, full of natural flavour — and built around the science of slow energy.

Here’s what matters most:
1. Protein first.
Eating protein early in the day helps balance blood sugar and hormones — especially ghrelin and leptin, which control hunger and fullness.
Start with at least 20 grams if you can — think Greek yogurt, eggs, quinoa, or nut butter.
It keeps you satisfied longer and makes you far less likely to snack later in the day.
2. Fibre always.
Fibre slows digestion, smooths blood sugar, and supports gut health.
Pair it with your protein — chia, oats, fruit, or vegetables — and your metabolism will thank you.
Fibre doesn’t just help your body; it also helps your mind stay steady by keeping energy levels even.
3. Warm over cold.
Warm food supports digestion by encouraging blood flow to the gut and easing nutrient absorption. This is a common rule in Chinese Medicine that pays close attention this aspect and how it positively impacts our digestion and all the processes that follow. It’s why warm oats or quinoa bowls feel grounding, while a cold smoothie sometimes doesn’t hit the same way. I would also stay away from raw salads for breakfasts as they are unnecessarily heavy to digest overall and especially in the morning as your first dish of the day. I am also a fan of soups and all kinds of warm liquids that contain a lot of veggies and some protein (chicken, shrimps...) to keep you full.
4. Balance your bite order.
A small but powerful habit: eat your protein and fibre before your carbs or fruit (sugars).
It lowers glucose spikes, meaning steadier energy and fewer midmorning crashes.
5. Build calm, not chaos.
When your breakfast is balanced — protein, fibre, warmth, and minimal sugar — your body spends the rest of the day in balance too.

You’ll snack less, focus better, and move through the day with that subtle, steady kind of energy that feels effortless.

1. Warm Japanese Inspired Scrambled Eggs Rice Bowl

Comfort food meets clean energy. Simple, balanced, and quietly satisfying.

Fluffy scrambled 3 organic eggs melt into perfectly steamed rice (100g) , topped with ½ creamy avocado, crunchy cucumber, sesame, and fresh cilantro. A drizzle of soy sauce ties it together, while a pinch of chili flakes adds that subtle wake-up heat.

Nutrition Facts (per serving)
Calories: ~450–500 kcal
Protein: 20–25g
Carbohydrates: 40–45g
Fat: 20–25g
Fibre: 5–6g

2. Poached Parmesan Cheese Eggs with Buckwheat

The Parmesan adds depth, calcium, and extra protein; buckwheat supports digestion and hormone balance with magnesium and slow-digesting carbs; and the poached eggs bring complete protein and healthy fats for focus and sustained fullness.

Nutrition Facts (per serving)
Calories: ~466 kcal
Protein: 35.7 g
Fat: 24.8 g
Carbohydrates: 26.7 g
Fibre: 3.2 g

3. Matcha Chia Protein Pudding

A soft, room-temperature pudding layered with coconut yogurt, chia seeds, and ceremonial matcha, blended with vegan vanilla protein, half a banana, and finished with goji berries and coconut flakes. You can top it off wth your fave nut butter, I love coconut nut butter with this.

It’s smooth, energizing, and full of steady fuel — a breakfas that tastes light but keeps you full for hours.

Nutrition Facts (per serving)
Calories: ~ 380 kcal
Protein: 29.6 g
Fat: 25.3 g
Carbohydrates: 44.5 g
Fibre: 16.2 g

Why These Bowls Work
These recipes aren’t just “healthy”— they’re metabolically kind.
They support your body’s natural rhythm instead of spiking, crashing, or confusing it.

They’re also:
Protein-rich, to stabilize hunger hormones.
High in fibre, for gut balance and smoother digestion.
Warm or gently blended, to support the digestive system (which actually prefers food close to body temperature).
Low in added sugar, so you get energy that lasts — not peaks that fade.

Eating like this in the morning changes everything — you stay more balanced, your skin glows, your focus sharpens, and you don’t feel that 3PM dip that used to feel inevitable.

The Energy Shift

Breakfast, done right, isn’t about perfection — it’s about preparation.

It’s not what looks best on the plate; it’s what feels best in your body an hour later.

When your mornings are grounded — warm food, balanced energy, no sugar crash — the rest of your day follows suit.

You make calmer decisions. You move slower, but more intentionally. You actually feel good instead of chasing it.

Because wellness isn’t found in restriction — it’s built through rhythm.

</turbo:content>

Every place has its own energy — some slow and grounding, others full of that L.A. buzz — but somehow it all fits. I didn’t plan to turn the trip into a food tour, but between Pilates sessions and long walks, I ended up finding a few places that completely won me over. Also... people don’t just eat here — they curate. It’s wellness, energy, and a little bit of scene, all happening over avocado toast or a mezze platter. I didn’t plan to make the trip about restaurants, but somewhere between WeHo and Rodeo Drive, I ended up building my days around them.

Most mornings started at Great White on Melrose.
It’s the perfect balance of laid-back and effortlessly cool — surf energy meets city polish. Their breakfast burrito is iconic (and for good reason), while the tofu scrambled eggs are what you order when you want to pretend you’re eating light but secretly want something satisfying. Pair it with an almond matcha, and it’s pretty much the L.A. breakfast signature trio.

After Pilates, I usually ended up at The Butcher’s Daughter
This is the place that defines L.A. health culture without ever feeling pretentious. Their bowls and salads are everything you want post-class: fresh, colorful, with just enough white cheese to keep things interesting. The crowd is as much part of the experience as the food — editors, models, and locals who look like they actually eat lunch.

When I needed something quick, Creation Juicery & Erewhon became my safe zones.
Erewhon’s wraps and small bites are dangerously good — clean but not boring, perfectly portioned, and easy to grab between classes or Ubers. Yes, it’s every wellness cliché rolled into one, but once you’ve had their Turkey Meatballs, Wraps and smoothies, you stop pretending you’re above it.

Dinner in L.A. has its own pace — slower, a little sexier, and somehow both healthy and indulgent.
Gracias Madre is still one of my top picks: vegan Mexican tacos that don’t taste vegan, burrito bowls that actually fill you up, and a patio that glows under string lights. It’s plant-based, but make it elevated.

Then there’s Avra Beverly Hills — sleek, classic, and confident. This is where you go when you want to feel a little expensive. The grilled fish and octopus starter are perfect — simple, salty, perfectly charred — and the space itself feels like a love letter to old-world dining.

And because no L.A. night out is complete without a little glamour, Delilah easily stole the show.
It’s moody, vintage, and every detail feels intentional — velvet booths, live music, that golden lighting that makes everyone look like they’re in a film. It’s dinner, but it’s also a scene.

For something brighter, Pura Vida brought a taste of Miami to L.A. — literally. Their menu is clean, coastal, and perfectly consistent. It became my go-to spot for slow mornings or quick lunches between West Hollywood errands.

By the end of the week, I realized that L.A. food isn’t really about trends — it’s about energy. Every place had its own kind of vibe, its own rhythm, peoople and whole experience that went hand in hand with it.

You move, you pause, you eat something good, and the city meets you there.

Good lighting, good food, good company — that’s the real Los Angeles checklist.

</turbo:content>

Do you know the importance of eating accordignly to your current menstrual cycle? If not, let's dive deeper and learn to listen and understand what your body is trying to tell you.

      <turbo:content>

Nourish Your Hormones: What to Eat During Follicular, Ovulation, Luteal & Menstrual Phases

Eating Aligned with Your Cycle

Your hormones shift every week.

Your moods, hunger levels, digestion, and energy all respond to these changes — which is completely normal.

Instead of fighting these fluctuations ("Why am I hungry again? Why am I bloated? Why am I tired?"), this method teaches you to nourish your body with your cycle, not against it.

Eating in alignment with your cycle helps with:
cravings
PMS
energy crashes
bloating
mood swings
skin breakouts
sleep

It’s a gentle, supportive, empowering approach — not restrictive or complicated.

WHY THIS WORKS

• Hormones change your metabolism

During the luteal phase (before your period), your metabolism naturally increases → your body needs more calories + more grounding foods.

When you don’t honor that need, cravings intensify.

• Estrogen thrives on fiber & antioxidants

Early in your cycle, your body needs fiber to help process estrogen and keep it in a healthy balance.

• Ovulation increases inflammation slightly

That’s why anti-inflammatory foods (berries, greens, omega-3s) feel so good during ovulation.

• Before your period, magnesium can reduce PMS

Magnesium-rich foods (cacao, pumpkin seeds, nuts) naturally help with mood, relaxation, and bloating.

• Iron needs rise during menstruation

Warm, iron-rich foods help replenish what is lost and keep energy stable.

• Warmth supports sensitive digestion

During your period, the body is more sensitive → warm, nourishing foods are easier to digest and absorb.

• Seed cycling supports hormone metabolism

Pumpkin + flax help the follicular phase

Sesame + sunflower help the luteal phase

(fiber + healthy fats support hormone balance)

This method works because it respects what the body is already trying to do — and gives it the foods it naturally needs at each stage.

The female cycle has 4 phases.
